As with all industry, change is constant. Recently, Russ Ford closed down his brick and mortar shop in Prescott Valley (one of the only true store front dealers) and apparently the makers of Walco Picks have shifted their distribution from Doc’s Profile Prospecting to Arizona Outback. All these changes could tend to make consumers stay with or change from their current preferred dealer. Also, when choosing a dealer things like promotional packages and customer support come into play.
