These nuggets were the result of a lot of digging. They were placered from a wash that had not been touched since the old timers had tested the wash. Estimated to be about a 70 year gap in placer mining. Recovered with Minelab detectors and a lot of pick and shovel work these beauties are just a few out of the 60+ nuggets recovered from this area.
