Where did he go? Is he lost?

Good morning everyone. No, The 29 Prospector isn’t lost and has not gone anywhere. My partner Jeff and I went the day after Thanksgiving and decided to kick ass and sample as much of our new pit as possible. We started at the far east end of the hole and worked our way to the west side.

We vacuumed, dig down 2 feet and vacuumed more and more and more. A total of 76 buckets of material were run that day. The gold, just great, 2 very small flakes. Yes you read that right right. So with Christmas coming up and the Franconia outing, I’m just trying to get it together enough to get to the new year.

As many know I have a crushed lower back and with the right bracing and meds. I do ok. Well I took a spill in the driveway this last Monday breaking 3 ribs and 2 toes. But I will be ready to go by the 15th.
